I drink one every day. They fill me up in the morning since I don't like coffee.

This is the best protein drink I have ever tasted! It tastes just like a caramel latte!! I have one everyday for breakfast and it fills me up!

Flavor is good.  Failed to notice contains caffeine.  Although it says about the same as one cup of coffee, and I drink coffee almost every day, too much for me.

A little to much

Absolutely love these. They go along with a food plan I'm on. They have high protien. Low sugar count and low carb count. I have at least 1 every day. Love how many come in a box. And the flavor. I'm a huge coffee lover so this replaces any sugary coffee drink I can get anywhere else.
