i have used slimfast in the past and i liked it. The case i just received is horrible. I have had two bottles of it and i cannot drink any more of it. I need to  return it.

I bought this after my friend was successful with losing weight.  I've been on it for a couple weeks and have lost 7 lbs.  Pretty simple, drink 2 of these a day and a couple snacks (about 2 hours apart) eat a healthy dinner or lunch, you make the choice and its happening.  I was losing a lot of money throwing away vegetables that just dont keep very long any more.  Now I don't worry about it and just make a casserole dish or something to eat for dinner.  Its easy and simple to remember and no more counting anything.  I plan on staying on this for a while until I lose what I need to.

Tastes pretty good cold.
