It's hard to get everything all in every single day but this makes it easy tackling most of your dietary needs in one shot. It tastes good and easily mixed with cold water. I highly suggest this if you are looking to add a little nutrition to your diet!

The nutrients I continued to feel after switching to Amazing Grass from another brand were more or less unchanged, though the other brand is more expensive. I did however, add some vitamin supplements which may or may not have been needed. Overall I would recommend this product to those seeking nutrition but caveat the recommendation with a strong suggestion to research what exactly you are seeking from your green supplement.

Mmmmm...so delicious, that I also use it to brush my teeth. I just add a pinch of this stuff to a dash of water. Also, after a 600 mile day of driving I can sometimes get a meloderous case of "trucker butt". It's all cured by just sprinkling a pinch of this stuff down the rear of my pants. In addition, sometimes I will go up to two weeks without showering. This problem is solved by Just adding a pinch of this stuff to two tablespoons of vinigar & then slapping this mixture onto my armpits. No more body oder, but instead, I smell like I've just completed an acre long walk thru a thick, field of wet grass. Yup. I am a new man! BURP!!!

I feel so much better when I eat a nutrient-dense diet and this allows me to continue that no matter how I’m feeling. One scoop delivers vitamins, grasses, antioxidants, fiber, enzymes, & active pre/probiotics. It’s a very fine powder that blends into a smoothie without changing the texture or flavor.

One scoop is mixed into 8-12 ounces of water and is only 30 calories. I would recommend this if you like green tea. The flavor to me was an herbal flavor that I don't prefer personally, but it's a great supplement to get the vitamins that I listed.
