i bought a new TV on thanksgiving day because of the great price it come with ROKU factory installed what a surprise i love the app LOCAST that allows you to stream your local over the air stations for $5.00 per month along with the other apps

Have tried to use this for months and it simply does not work. When it comes on, it drops live broadcasts partway through. sound and visual timing is off. Do not waste your money on this inferior product that does not deliver as promised.

Was easy to set up. Allows me to get rid of 3 dumb cable boxes and allows us to watch recorded shows in all rooms rather than one. Would like to be able to put in a channel number rather than scroll through all the favorites.

I have 5 of these but one constantly needs rebooting when the TV is turned off? Once it's on it works fine but if I turn off the TV I have to unplug & replug it back in to get it to work? NO HELP FROM SUPPORT OR COMMUNITY. ANy help appreciated?

I bought this like 3-4 months ago. Now my remote works only for volume and turning the TV off/on. Worked great for first couple of months. Want a refund or a free better replacement. Better luck to you.

I've had Roku for several years a great product. Everything you receive for small amount of money. You definitely make out with Roku, I am very happy with their product and service. Thank you Roku

It's amazing how different this actually works compared to what is shown on the box. It does not actually work as advertised. You can not go to these channels and watch unless you fork over $$$$$.

I have to disconnect the Roku power to be able to watch cable. This was not a problem with the earlier Roku. Is there a way around this?

Cheap and easy to use. Wife needed something that she could use that was easier then a PS4 with simple, big buttons.

Very slick and great functionality. Love the response of the remote and how fast the streaming is. It is my 3rd Roku in my house
