Loud sound and stays charge for a long time

I am happy I made this choice very easy to use and has great sound great for small events like family parties

Great conpact sound system

After 1 charge it will not recharge.  Does not work with the cord plugged in either. Tried to contact ION and it appears many others are having same issue. Once you visit ION site you get referred to others having similar issues, then have to verify your email etc.  Not easy to get help.  Also purchased Sams -SquareTrade 3 year warranty and when I went to file a claim, it doesn't recognize me as a member.  warranty

Garbage!

We've used it a few times and so far it's just what we wanted.  It's hard to know how loud a speaker is going to be and this one is loud which is what I needed.  I wanted something that I can leave on the deck and hear at the pool or else where.  I turned this one up about half way and it did the job. All the other features are as expected and we'll just have to see how long it last now.
