My husband had one so I decided to get one for myself. I really like the watch because it keeps up with my daily steps with all the other extra great amenities.

I love this fitbit. It tracks exactly what I need. I love that I can see calls and reply to texts. The music feature is great too. Super easy to set up.

Delivery was quick and easy, and the watch itself functions well at a price point I enjoy. It does what I need it to do, no complaints other than wishing the battery life was a bit longer.

I had a Versa and it quit working. Called Fitbit and they could not get it going so they offered me 20% off a new one. Bought the Versa 2 from Sam's on sale as that was a better price. Good product and a small step up from the Versa

I have loved my Fitbit Versa until it started getting glitchy at about 10 -11 months. At day 363 since purchase it went black and I have not been able to get it restarted. Now trying to deal with the warranty. They do not make it simple. So consider it may only last one year.

I have had this almost a week now and this has been the biggest source of lost time and frustration. I will never buy one of these again, you have to FIND every single area that you can to adjust settings for every single app and syncing and pairing has taken most of my time this week with reading online forums which by the way are 99% the same standard answers which did not apply to me since I had done all those things over and over because those are the only solutions. I happen to see a response from one person about the syncing that let me know there is yet ANOTHER area to adjust the settings which fitbit never even posted anywhere. Anyway, things were working well for half the day and then now nothing is communicating again. The only reason I won't return it is it gives me the basic things I wanted to begin with, all this extra bonus stuff that doesn't work right I guess is irrelevant and I am not investing any more time in figuring it all out.
