I owned one for a year After the year was up the whole face came unglued hanging by a ribbon called fit bit they said the Warranty had just run out the only thing they could do is give me a 35 set off coupon I told them to stick it Then bought the Samsung Galaxy active to watch which I am very pleased. I will not do business with anyone it don't stand behind their product. That was a mechanical defect And they should fixed it .it sad it was held together by glue.

Stop working after 5 months

The battery dies after one day. It's really inconvenient. It works great for the first couple of months though. So disappointed. Third Fitbit in a couple of years. Don't get it.

I've owned several Fitbits in various forms, Charge, Ionic and currently a Versa. No matter how much you spend, they are only going to last at most 18 months

Loving it

It used to stay charged for about a week, now it doesn't stay charged for a complete day. It spends more time on a charger than on my wrist.
