Always good quality just wish i could bypass password cant view on phone

Great quality. We were actually able to provide police with video and still shots of a criminal in the act. He was arrested the following day. Below is a screen shot in total darkness that helped catch him.

Once I installed hardware and learned the software; complete system was better than expected with exception of Image quality and for the price image quality (resolution) was expected. Customer service did not return my call or would have given 5 stars. Turned out I solved my own question.
