The device works exactly as my previous one which was damaged. My only complaint is that they aren't sold individually in the store but only as part of a package with a glucose meter. As I didn't need a new meter I had to order online and wait for it to be shipped. At least it could be ordered online.

Maybe I got a defective one because my last one worked for a while. But this one didn’t from the start.

It only worked 1 time and the spring or something quit working and there are no refunds or exchanges so I’m just out of luck.

Could not get it to work properly. Would not eject lancets, even with a new cartridge. The model replaces Accuchek Softclix , not impossible to find anywhere. This model takes a different lancet, so cannot use older ones the FastClix used. Very unhappy with situation and wasted money.
