This is the only allergy medicine that works for me. I only wish stores could keep it in stock. And also wish I could buy a 1 month supply. Once it was transferred from prescription to over the counter, I can only get 15 at a time and myself and my daughter both use it. I have to go in and buy mine and my husband has to buy it for my daughter. Thankfully he does not have allergies as well.

Only product that works for me. (A shame its so restricted because of the ingredient. Makes no sense to restrict a 24hr item that cannot be purchased continuously)

Allegra-D 12 hour worked very well for me as it helped relieve my sneezing, sinus/nasal congestion, and runny nose. And just as the box says, it does start working in as little as one hour. I also loved that it doesn't make you drowsy and lasts for up to 12 hours.

I was easily able to locate the product on store shelves, near pharmacy, which is always a plus when you want to get in and out when you need to treat your allergy symptoms fast! They are a good size tablet that is easy to take. They do not leave a taste in your mouth, and have a good outside texture. The only downside to them is that I really wish they were 24 hour. For me I need that around the clock allergy treatment so, for convenience sake it would be better but for now I just set a reminder on my phone to take one before bed.

It’s the best allergy medicine. I gave a 4 star, only 1 can be bought at a time, per household. I had to stop taking it so that I could purchase for my 15 y/o who has off the charts BAD allergies. The doc gave an Rx for the Allegra D for my 15 y/o to have so that I could start taking it again, but insurance doesn’t cover OTC meds. Back to square 1
