The menthol scent is not strong. It smells fresh. He still uses conditioner after the shampoo because the 2 in 1 combos are never conditioning enough. He loves the whole Dove Men+Care line.

He enjoyed the scent (I did too) and nothing irritated his skin. My son used the deodorant and the shampoo which he really enjoyed. The deodorant worked and the shampoo didn't irritate my son's scalp. The both gave all the products 2 thumbs up.
