It can often be hard for products like this to both clean and hydrate which it did quite well. However, it wasn’t the lightest feeling conditioner and didn’t respond well to my hair gel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Dove men’s line free to test from Influenster. It smells good and would be better used as a shampoo rather than conditioner. It is drying on the hair. 2-in-1s aren’t really useful unless you’re traveling and trying to pack light.

I really love the scent of this and it does work well for being a shampoo and conditioner, but it gave my husband a weird scalp reaction. I tried it to make sure and I had a bumpy reaction as well. We both have sensitive skin so it may work better for you if you don’t.
