He did make mention again of the tingling effect and his liking of the scent. So like any good reviewer, I used it myself, much to his dislike as he has become very territorial of this particular Dove line. My thoughts, I love it, that cooling effect is wonderful, even after the bath the breeze catches my scalp and its so cooling, and in this heat, it is very much welcomed. As for the condition part, there wasn't much dryness after the shampoo, but it wasn't super hydrating either, for me that is.
