In my opinion it is just a shampoo and I did not experience any conditioning effects. I am a fan of dove products and this one didn't let me down. The reason that I gave it only three stars is really the fact that it claimed to have conditioning properties but it didn't for me. Would recommend this to friends. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and son both use this shampoo. It's really nice that it has a pump so they don't waste as much. They both love the smell. My husband doesn't have much hair, but it his hair does feel softer after using the shampoo. It's so much easier for all of us when we have a multi use product for the shower. Makes them quicker if even by a few minutes.

I feel like it leaves your hair feeling dry, because it doesn’t get properly conditioned. However, what had me giving this at least two stars, was that it smells so, so good.

Wouldn’t really recommend it for daily use if you are someone who already has dry hair. The smell is amazing! The menthol is super refreshing! Lathers up well, feels clean, and smells great. This wash was fairly priced and came with a good smell. What I did not like about it is that it broke my husband out on his chest and back. I feel it is a good buy but do not recommend if you have sensitive skin. I would not purchase this product again for my spouse.

This is actually my husband shampoo I really enjoy using. It is fantastic and makes our hair sooo soft and clean! I rated 4 stars because I have long hair and I have to follow up with conditioner to get the table goes out, but over all a fantastic shampoo for the whole family!
