My brand name sliced peaches in light syrup were missing from the shelf in my last visit. In their place was this product. Instead of a sweet syrup, the peaches are floating in water, pear juice concentrate and peach pulp. The peaches themselves were of good guality, but the flavor is completely different. Great for mothers trying not to addict the next heneration to sugar, but not ehat i was looking for. I'm tired of the push to replace the food I want with "healthy," organic and generic products. I guess I'll sweeten the remaining 9 cans myself. Next time, I'll buy the heavy syrup I really want.
