Good product and quality

I purchased the Member’s Mark Heavy Duty Food Service Foil and was disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience. While using the roll, the foil repeatedly ripped down the center and along one side because sections appeared to be glued together. I had to unroll and discard several layers before reaching a section that would actually pull and tear correctly. Not only was this wasteful, but it was also frustrating to deal with while trying to prepare food. The product is marketed as “heavy duty,” yet it ripped far too easily. If foil tears this readily due to defects in the roll, it’s hard to have confidence in the heavy-duty claim. When I contacted customer service, I was told that because I didn’t report the issue within 72 hours of purchase, there was nothing they could do. This is a large food service roll that is intended to last a long time. Expecting customers to completely unroll and inspect a massive roll within three days to catch hidden manufacturing defects is unrealistic. The defective product was disappointing enough, but the unwillingness to stand behind it after such a short window was even more disappointing.

Is it just me or is this heavy duty foil starting to feel like the regular grade? It's not as sturdy as it has been in the past.

I bought this roll a few months back and finally ran out of the roll I had. This is definitely a different foil than before. Very thin and doesn’t like to stay folded.

I have been buying this product for years, used it in my restaurants & for bulk cooking and it has never let us down. It is the best product & great value.

I bought this last foil last June and when I ran out about a month ago I knew I needed to get more. This foil last a long time and it is heavy duty you can even make foil packs for your grilling. With a family of 7 this is a great bargain as well.

I purchased this product about a month ago. It is awesome, I smoke a lot of meat and this big amount comes in very handy. I wrap my meat in foil to let it rest after taking it off the smoker. Well worth the price.
