i prefer the heavy weight foil but the package is clumsy and heavy and I'm afraid I'll drop it, slash my femoral artery and bleed to death on the kitchen floor. otherwise it's a very nice product.

This is my go to foil for outdoor cooking. It's heavy enough to get the job done wrapping racks of ribs that normal foil punctures and tears on. I can't stand light weight foil after using this and 500 feet lasts a long time. I use it inside the house as my foil of choice too.

When I see "Heavy Duty" on aluminum foil I'm expecting some pretty thick, less malleable, sheet metal. I'm glad I got the heavy duty because this is just regular Aluminum foil and I'd hate to see what the basic stuff looks like. I'm glad I have a giant roll of regular aluminum foil, but not what I was expecting.

Perfect for my needs! Wide enough to wrap a brisket, and very strong

I have been purchasing this foil for years now, they have changed the thickness of this foil to extremely thin. I was trying to wrap an aluminum pan, the foil was easily tearing. The foil used to be so thick that if you weren't careful with it, it would cut you, NOW it's more thin and flimsy than Dollar Tree aluminum foil. Over $40 for $1 type of material. This is beyond ridiculous. I cannot believe how thin this "heavy duty" foil is now. This has to be a joke.

This stuff used to be great, but the most recent roll I purchased was significantly thinner. It rips if you look at wrong, and is good for nothing. I would rather the price be increased and keep the quality, over making it thinner and complete trash that it is now. Hoping I got a bad batch, but don't think I'm going to buy ever again…

Expensive but helpful aluminum foil

Is it just me or is this heavy duty foil starting to feel like the regular grade? It's not as sturdy as it has been in the past.

Their heavy foil used to be heavy "thicker" than regular foil. Now it is seems to be about as think as regular foil just a few years ago.

Stronger, wider, more durabl and affordable, lasts forever. Use it for everything. Can't go back to those short thin foils.
