Bought FRENCH VANILLA. Smells like butterscotch. Tastes like powdered creamer, too much sugar and the bitter aftertaste of low quality instant coffee. Better than a cup of hot water. Have not tried it cold.

We love this French Vanilla Cappuccino mix and The Valdosta store does not have it anymore - I drive from out of town to purchase several of these each time i shop and please get this back into the Valdosta store - We love this

While the product is great, Sams clubs ability to keep it in stock is ridiculous. I haven't been able to get it in store or shipped since OCTOBER!! Absolutely absurd.

My whole family loves this item we all drink it from my sister to my brother and my dad likes to buy it in bulk so we really enjoy this cappuccino thank you for making it

I have never been able to order this on line. I have always had to go to SAMS to purchase. This has NEVER been able to be purchased on line. It is SO NICE to be able to purchase this on line vs. having to drive the distance to purchase.

Why did they recently change the flavor of this? I've been drinking it for YEARS. Now it doesn't taste like it used to. Switch it back!! It's no where near as good anymore.

My mom (84 yo) loves this cappuccino mix. She hardly drinks anything else. Whenever it runs out at my local Sam's Club, she gets in a fit that only a new supply can fix. Please keep this stuff in stock!

My husband and I buy two of these each month. Also, we gave a friend a box and it is their favorite also. Please do not discontinue this product ever. It is an instant winner.

I believe you changed the formula to a less flavorful level, almost doubled the size of the scoop to use it up faster yielding a FAR less tasteful result. Won't be buying it any more.
