I make a lot of pasta and find this to be of perfect texture and taste. My family loves it and the price is very reasonable for the quality of the product.

I'm not sure why this pasta would have poor reviews! This is a perfect firm aldente pasta. Maybe if you're used to squishy microwave pasta you wouldn't like it. It is great!
