Member's Mark Ultra Lunch Paper Plates, 8.5", 300 ct.

This is the second time I've purchased these plates and I am afraid it is the last. I'd like to know if the chemical they are coated with is dangerous for human consumption. You can smell it and if per chance you tend to give the plate a lick you will taste a horrid chemical taste. The last bit of food you eat from the plate also has the taste of whatever it is. It is for this reason that I only the last 100 or so for dry things that have less of a tendency to pick up the smell/taste. I'd love to be able to run an analysis of the coating on these plates.

Paper plates.

These paper plates use to be such a great deal but they have risen the price and lowered the quality. I was ok paying more when the plate was thick and could hold up to getting a but wet but now as soon as the plates gets a bit of moisture it folds and falls apart. I dont see this as a good deal anymore when Im paying 0.07 cents per plate.

Bought these knowing full well I did not want to wash dishes.

And they delivered.
