I use this as a replacement for Flonase & it works great. Be sure though to read the outer packaging, as the individual bottle do not have directions for adults, only for kids 11 or under. The individual bottles should also be labeled with directions for adults.

I have used this as a generic seasonal allergy nasal spray for a few years. It works for me as well as prescription version. I do wish that Sam's Club would make the pack smaller than 6 bottles. My family can never use them before they expire. Perhaps a three pack would serve more customers' needs.

I bought this pack to save money from the name brand and it works just as well for me as the name brand and it saved soooo much money. I have horrible post nasal drip and coughing and this has worked like a charm for me. I will continue to buy and use as long as it keeps working for me. Notice I keep repeating for me? Because I've read the reviews and some folks say it doesn't work for THEM.

Been taking Flonase for years. Switched to Member's Mark two years ago. A lot less $$$ and the same outcome. The drug manufacturer is recognized as a quality pharmaceutical company making many generic drugs.
