We started purchasing this during the pandemic to keep on hand for pasta recipes like we get at restaurants. We keep it stocked in our house always now. Great Pasta, great pantry packaging, great price!

I am a pasta geek (not snob, thanks), and am very particular about dry pastas. Angel hair seems pretty hard to get wrong because it is very thin, so I decided to "risk it all" (including my reputation) and buy a six-pack of this when it went on sale. Much to my pleasant surprise, the taste and texture is as good as that of any private-label gourmet brand I've had, and much cheaper. It made a great base for my shrimp scampi, among other things. I also like the fact that it's pure semolina and has no additives.

My son is extremely particular about texture and this is about the only pasta he will eat (and his food list is already extremely limited). So, I want to cry because I just used my last package and it still isn't in stock anywhere! When will it be back???
