I use grapeseed oil for EVERYTHING! It's light for salad and popcorn, and it is ideal for frying. I feel it's as healthy as olive oil AND it doesn't smoke below 500°.

Used it for chicken piccata and fried chicken, worked great, doesn't have the flowery after taste like olive oil. Will buy again.

Could not get it in store But delivered in a few days How great is that.

Cooks at high temp. No weird aftertaste like canola.

This is besides Sun Flower seed oil the best in my kitchen for sauteing or once in a while frying. I donot care for mainstream oils for my family.

Being using it for a while. Good oil.
