I regularly use these Biotin capsules. They were recommended for helping to maintain my hair. Trying what i can to preserve my thick hair as I get older.

These Biotin capsules are easy to swallow & at a really great savings. Thank you Sam's Club, it's great we can get our needs delivered right to our home & skip the long drive 45 minutes each way.

This product was amazing. My hair grew an nails were stronger. But then they discontinued it and eventually came back with something else members mark but it seems to be ineffective.

Balding? Take this daily, courtesy of my thyroid specialist; a good catch if you practice adultery & want to spend your savings for college for his kids. So far, not necessary to buy black hair dye yet. But would, judging from the miserable appearances of other aging women on TV, as I feel sorry for people who have to look at me, wrinkles and all.

These don't seem to work as well as another brand I had. Also I highly dislike the generic clear capsule being used. I take many prescriptions and suppliments and put them in pill organizers. Just recently I noticed a couple other companies are doing the same thing. The problem is sometimes I have to pull my biotin out to do blood tests. Now I can't tell which is melatonin and which is biotin. Also the probiotic I started taking is using the same clear capsule. They are all white powder, there are no # marking on them for identification. I will not be buying anything anymore that are in clear unmarked capsules.

These are actually good, and cheaper than local stores

I don't notice any difference in this and the other Biotin I was taking. Just a bigger bottle.
