I ordered the 2 organizers in the color warm grey and after struggling to get them up three flights of stairs in my house.... we open the boxes only to find the “Dark Oak” (Expresso) color. Even the box states Warm Grey on both so they just throw any color in any box at the warehouse????

I really like the cube storage unit. I purchased it at Sams in Shreveport LA and when I got home I realized it had no instructions. I spent some time looking up how to build it online and eventually found some. After I built it I realized that there were some chips and blemishes. I walked out to the garage and saw that the product was repackaged evidenced by the masking tape on the box. I wish reps would inspect products more thoroughly. I would return it but it's almost not worth the rebuild. Do yourself a favor - make sure the product was never returned and check all pieces thourpufhly before construction.

fits perfectly in the space I have available and gives me so much more storage. assigned one drawer to my granddaughter for her things when she visits, and she knows now where to put them and find them. only difficulty was that I had to pout it together without help. it was doable, but would have been so much easier with tow people.

Purchased this for my son's closet to organize his toys and clothes! It took about 30mins to build, very easy to follow the instructions. The organizer is sturdy and comes with great cube organizers that are sturdy. Makes such a difference in my sons closet everything looks so organized and he can now located his toys and clothes with no problem.

This is an excellent addition. We use 1/2 for kids toys (Grandparents), and other 1/2 for misc junk. Great way to hide things away in style. Sturdy, moveable, Kids love, nice looking. That said, after 6 months of use the ends became wobbly. Esp when trying to move (when move take all bins out first). I immediately got my tools to fix. Approximately 1/2 of the 8 bolts that hold the ends on, buckled when tightening. I assume it was the insert they were screwing into whose threads are either stripped or just malfunctioning. I plan on taking apart some rainy weekend and either replacing the stripped threaded inserts (on the end pieces) or gluing to tighten. Don't know yet which one will work - but one way or another this item is trash if the end is loose or it wobbles. Hopefully an easy fix!!
