An easy way to add fiber to your diet. We should be consuming between 20-30 grams of fiber a day. Most people do not do that. We eat too many soft and processed foods. Taking these with meals adds some of the fiber we need to aid digestion. These fiber pills also help cut down on the fats (cholesterol) absorbed in the gut. Lowering LDL is a very good thing!

Works great. I have diverticulitis and this helps with regularity of bowel movements. The pills are large capsules and each serving is 5 of them, 3 times per day, so it isn't for everyone, but if you have a normal pill/vitamin regimen already started, you should be able to add this. Great price compared to major label brand.

I have been taking Sam's Fiber Capsule for over 20 years. I can't say that my Colonoscopy was due to taking these fiber tablets for that many years, but at 70 I had no polyps or Cancer. People often forget that how much we need daily fiber, and most of us do not get it from our food as much as we need. I take 6 tabs daily with water. I still take them and with everything else I don't have any problems with digestion and I believe it is due to these tablets. They are so much better priced than Metamucil, and have been available even longer. Great price for two bottles.

I've been taking psyllium fiber for many years and was delighted to discover these capsules a couple of years ago. No more mixing with water or juice, simply swallow the no taste capsules. I take them twice a day, and if I'm not going to be at home in the evening it's easy to take my five-capsule dose with me.

I don't have time to measure and stir the other brand in a glass of water. Four of these capsules with some drinking water and you are off to your next task. Three seconds and it's done. Take them before bedtime and the next morning you're "regular".

Great price. Psyllium fiber is the same ingredient contained in Metamucil. Being in capsule form, there is no mixing, no cleanup, and no nasty, slimy liquid to drink. The capsules are so much more convenient that I don’t understand why anyone would drink the slime instead.
