have used this brand of fiber capsules in past with some results. My question is why is the capsule appearence not as described on container label. capsule does not have purple stripe as depicted. also the capsule gelatin shell will not dissolve in plain water. tested capsule for dissolvability. after 72 hours in plain water the capsule has not dissolved After starting this last container it has drastically irritated my system and caused a 4 day hospital stay for iternal bleeding. lot 68476
