The shipping box was in perfect condition the other items were packed in a box in perfect condition with this product was crushed look someone had jumped up and down on it. The only way this happens with the condition of the other box and items is that it was done before it was packed. That means somebody was aware of this.. It also means if somebody is not exercising care and diligence. That means they need a new job. Sorry but if I were the boss that's exactly what I would do. You don't do that to a customers product. At least this isn't a restaurant and you are not spitting in someone's soup.
