This is calcium carbonate which is not absorbed by the body as well as calcium citrate (citracal). They had a member mark calcium citrate but it not here anymore...

The pink coating imparts a bitter, moldy taste. Never experienced anything like it in all the years I've taken supplements! Will be calling them to report this.

I had a problem, the inner seal didn't seal around the top of container. I called the # on the bottle, they will reimburse me & want the container back for inspection.
