There is NO reason to buy Benadryl, or any sleep aid for that matter, with this cheap cheap CHEAP option available! My only gripe keeping this from 5-stars is the artificial coloring in the shell.

Had sinus operation took shots took Dr prescribed but this is the only one that truly worked. I take 2 A.M., 2 noon & before bed. Only thing I need now.
