I was looking for a good quality disposable plastic cup. Since I intend to use them for cocktails at a party, I didn't want those huge red 18oz cups as cocktails get mixed too strong and people get to silly too quickly! Those hard plastic clear 9oz cups always seem to crack with ice and never seem quite big enough. I wanted a quality 12oz cup. I was a bit worried about all the negative reviews but decided to give them a try since most of those reviews are several years old. First, the package looks exactly as pictured (ignore the old reviews). The cups are translucent as listed which helps when you need to see what you're mixing. It also helps people identify their dark drink over someone else's lighter drink. I find the cup is strong enough, although I'd like it to be a bit firmer. Still, once you fill it with ice and liquid, it's fine. It'd be 5 stars if it was a bit firmer, but at 330 cups for under $9 (under 3 cents per), they're fine. Sam's – if you're listening – please have your manufacturer make them a little thicker and you'll sell a bunch! I hope my review helps you! Thanks for reading.

These were a good size but no where near as heavy duty as solo cups. We didn't need to get ice out of ice maker but that might break them if you do. They were more flimsy but still worked for our party needs. And you get a TON of them.

12 oz. is perfect. Easy to grasp unlike the red Solo cups. 330 ct. lasts for months. BUT the most recent bag I purchased the cups are sticking together. So, remove all of the loose cups. Grasp the bottom cup & spin (don't pull) the stuck cup. Spin clockwise & counter clockwise. You'll hear the plastic separate inside of the cup.

As described, they are translucent cups....NOT CLEAR. They're flimsy, cheap cups. They hold liquid just as I need them to, and then we throw them away because they are disposable. I have no issues with them...especially for the price.
