Awesome looking umbrella, it is true it is difficult to open. Was disappointed it did not work with my current base. Sams… please sell one to go with it. Otherwise I think I will eventually be happy with it

The umbrella is beautiful if you could open it. With me holding the pole and my husband trying to get close to the hole to put the pin in. We were still 3 inches away from being about to get the pin in.

Need to people to open it. One holding the pole the other pushing up on the umbrella and holding it until the pole holder inserts the cotter pin in the hole.

This is honestly the most fun novelty umbrella this amount of money can buy. Do I expect it to last for years upon years? No. But for the price point? Super fun. We're actually on our second season with our first set, and I'm pleased with how quickly it transforms the pool area with a tiki/resort vibe.

We bought this umbrella over 2 years ago during a big sale for $39.99 to use in a table that we had built into the shallow section of our pool and keep it in our garage the remainder of the time and it still looks and works like it is brand new! Definite a worthwhile and great purchase!
