I feel like the dispenser works perfectly fine but it seems like there is too much soap in the bag that makes it hard to close the dispenser.

The Refills do fit the Dispenser. You have to take your time installing the refills. Gently move bag into position it will fit. I didn't have any issues with installing the refill. Read Directions Carefully.

Just installed and was told it's leaking. Would be nice if it came with or had some sort of drip catcher that could be installed so you could see if it's leaking and catch it before it ends up on the floor or all over a counter.

got it for the guest bathroom and I AM ALREADY IN LOVE, the only down side is there isnt a refillable canister to be able to put our own soaps in it, hopefully that becomes a feature later on.

Can I use this hand soap dispenser with any hand sanitizer refill?? if so which one would fit better?? Thank you

I bought five of these and they all seap soap out when not in use. They have made a mess of the walls and floors...so disappointing

it does slightly leak. I just wipe it up right away. On the positive side, it stays on the wall, fairly easy to install, zero clutter around my sink, refills are inexpensive and it last a very long time.
