These are not the normal swallow tablets that Sam's usually sells. These are meant to melt in your mouth. They are nasty and do not work very well. I want the old ones back! I will not buy these again.

I find these to work as well/same as the original members mark omeorazole pills.... However, they leave a terrible after taste you can’t shake. I would recommend the original pills vs these dissolving.
