Purchased chewable by accident, but it works. I swallow mine with water, because the taste is disgusting if you allow it to dissolve in your mouth. It has kept my reflux in check, so no complaints.

This is by far the best price I have found on this medicine in the dissolving form. Due to some health issues, taking a traditional capsule was not working for me and I wasn't getting the medicine I needed so this has been a life saver.

Never made my cake. Had it delayed for days. Then all of sudden said it was picked up. They just took my money and moved on, never called once. Ridiculous.

I have been using the regular Members Mark omeprazole for about a year with great results. However, on my last visit to Sams I saw the new dissolving type and thought I would give it a try. I wish now I had read all the reviews about the terrible after taste and grit it leaves in your mouth. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

First I have to say that this product does work effectively. However, the disintegrating tablet falls apart when trying to push it out of the blister so you have to pierce to blister to help reduce the force needed to get to the tablet. It is impossible to try to take it as a regular pill because it dissolves too rapidly and leaves a horrible taste in your mouth. I thought I would try it as intended and let it dissolve in my mouth despite the taste but it left grit in my mouth besides the taste. This is a delayed release tablet that takes 30 minutes to reach full effectiveness. Why is a quick dissolve pill needed at all? I would continue to take the old style pill but my club has chosen not to supply it any more. I think this is a poorly designed and executed product. It gets one star because it is just as effective as the regular tablet.

I suffer with GERD and have been taking Omeprazole for quite some time. Because I need to take 80 mg daily, I wanted a cheaper alternative. I tried the Members Mark brand and found it works just as good as the name brand, but costs much less. My doctor gave me instructions to take 2 capsules in the morning one hour before breakfast and 2 capsules one hour before eating dinner in the evening. I realized that sometimes it was difficult to take the evening dose because I was in the car, and I can't take capsules without water. I tried the disintegrating tablets for convenience and found it makes pill taking a lot easier. I do not find the taste to be too bad. In fact, I think the strawberry taste is nice but it does sometimes leave a little aftertaste. I don't find that to be too much of a problem because the convenience is worth it to me. This is great for someone who has a problems swallowing pills. I recommend it.
