I like the idea of having a melt in your mouth tablet. This is great for those that have issues with swallowing tablets or pills and these pills do dissolve quickly. I would have given these a 5 star rating except for the after effects of these pills to my mouth. The leave a film on my upper palate that has a rather strange chalky feel and they also have an odd aftertaste.

It recommends 14 days and i truly agree with that. After the first day i noticed quite a difference but continued with the course of treatment to be the most affective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product really works. I am one to get heart burn all the time. After several days of taking this my heart burn disappeared. I like that this is in dissolvable form and taste like strawberries. This is much better then the regular pill form.

Ugh. I've gone through this before, and vowed I would never buy the dissolvable tablets again. Asked my wife to pick up Omeprazole at Sam's and she did, but I "forgot" to tell her to avoid these. Sitting here now with the bad taste lingering despite trying to wash it down with water. Don't buy dissolvable :-(

While the medicine itself worked wonderfully, and it was a great concept to not need water to take your medicine - the taste was rather unpleasant.
