We are sorry to hear that! Our goal is to provide a durable, stylish cup to be your go-to anytime of the day with the perfect balance of strength. We do not make any specific guarantees about the use of paper cups in microwaves. The cups can be used in a microwave for limited reheating of liquids, but the capabilities of the microwaves, the types of beverages, and the reheating practices used by consumers can all vary so much that there is no way we can provide a general performance guarantee. We simply advise that consumers should use caution when reheating in a microwave. We would love to hear more about your experience at your convenience. Please give us a call at (800) 283-5547 or visit us online to chat with a live Customer Service Agent at https://www.dixie.com/contact-us. We hope to hear from you soon!
