The beads that are used to exfoliate in this face wash are amazing, not too gentle, not too harsh. The smell of the scrub is also really great!!! Will buy again, when we've run out.

The texture seem to really get in my skin without getting in my eyes, etc. doesn't dry my skin, although it does a have a apricot scent to it. I stopped using it for a while and tried a more expensive brand—but came back to this and immediately remembered why I loved it. It makes my skin look fresh and youthful, never dull. A classic that actually works!

The packaging is ok, I find it gets messier than my other scrubs. The product leaks at the opening and get get the surface it stays on messy. It has a light fruity scent and the texture is very gritty. I get a good scrub on my face when I use it and it feels clean afterwards. I avoid my eye area as I find the small granules when up in my eye if I do not avoid the area. I would purchase again, the product takes a while to finish and I go through about 3-4 a year.

I think we all know that st. ives products are poor but this one is genuinely so bad. First, it has WALNUT SHELLS in it so even though it's marketed as a salicylic acid it's honesty just going to irrate and dry + burn your skin. Along with that said, it makes your skin feel so tight and dry plus leaving the “exfoliant” residue all over your face and especially your lashes, hair, and eyebrows. It definitely does not provide a nice sense of clarity. HOWEVER, this is my personal experience and many other but a lot of people do argue that it helps tremendously so 🤷‍♀️
