It reaches back to my wisdom teeth and I feel as if it cleans them better than a manual brush since it spins & they are hard to reach. I also feel that it cleans between teeth and used in combination with the Truly Radiant toothpaste it works well to whiten. My 2 yr old has also grabbed the brush and used it when he was brushing his teeth. He loved it and made it "fun" for him because he could turn it on and it spins

At first I didn't think I would like it because the handle was much bulkier than the brand I used before, but after a few days of brushing with it I didn't even think about it anymore. I really love that it not only has the vibration of a normal battery toothbrush, but also has the spinning element & the back & forth element. My teeth feel really clean! This is my first time using a battery operated toothbrush and I will never go back to the old manual ones again. My teeth feel so clean and smooth every day when I use this toothbrush. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a free tube of toothpaste and a new toothbrush from smiley360. I've started to use both of them together and it makes my teeth feel great. I've already started to notice a difference, my teeth are a lil whiter and don't feel as sensitive as they use to. I don't care for the taste as much but it works so I can deal with that.

I'm not a fan of electric toothbrushes, but I also feel like regular toothbrushes are lacking. I felt that this toothbrush fell somewhere in the middle. I felt it had a little more cleaning power than a regular toothbrush, but not quite as much as an electric brush. It definitely didn't have the hassles of an electric brush. I would recommend this toothbrush to anyone wanting a little more cleaning power than their regular old toothbrush!
