I'm not a big coffee drinker but I wanted to try this coffee. The first time I brewed it, it didn't smell like anything special. I tried drinking it black to see, and it tasted like cleaning chemicals mixed with a brown water color. I added sugar and French vanilla creamer to it, and it brings out the "maple" that it talks about, but it's not the greatest coffee.

This holiday season is the first time I have tried this coffee, and I am in love. It is so smooth, and goes so well with baked goods without overpowering flavors. I grind the beans just before every time I make a cup or two or more of coffee. On the average, I take 2-3 scoops of beans using a Starbucks measuring spoon, and using a burr grinder. Adding 2 1/3 cups of cold filtered wanter will do the rest in my coffeemaker. Love the smell...

This is not the same as purchased last year. This is supposed to be a medium roast and it is almost black with an acrid scent. After brewing it smells burnt and is an unpleasant cup of coffee with zero maple notes or anything appetizing. I wish I could return this or swap it out for a proper bag. Stay away from this years offering.

I find this Holiday blend to be the perfect balance from Starbucks - a good medium to dark blend. I always stock up with multiple boxes to get me through the year. Will be gone from most clubs by December so get it now - usually has a 6-8 month best before date.

I look forward to the holiday bend each year as it never disappoints. The 2018 is excellent. I had a ladies brunch recently and we made several pots of this coffee which was a suprise and many say Starbucks is to strong. As I said to them, Starbucks has many coffee's you just have to find the one that you like. I suspect more of the holiday blend will be sold after our brunch.

I love all the Holiday blends. Thanksgiving included. I buy up extra bags and store them to make it through the winter months with my "special" coffee. For those who are leaving comments about the whole beans and wishing for ground, the store will grind them for you. My husband has this done all the time when traveling with his coffee press. Just specify your grind.

Just had my first cup of the Holiday Blend coffee for the 2019 season...big fail. It lacks any flavor...it does have a bitter low quality coffee flavor, but no flavor like is advertised. The 2018 blend was leaps and bounds better. I am very disappointed. I've got 23 k-cuos to sneak into the breakroom and leave for colleagues to brew.

One of the most delicious coffees I've tried from the Starbucks Holiday line; this smooth, medium roast blend excites your taste buds with upfront notes of sweet/spicy maple and a light herbal note ends it. Wonderful with desserts; but I think it's a great coffee for your morning wake-up, Purchased 3 more pounds of whole bean Holiday Blend after being thrilled with the 1/2 pound bag -- strongly recommend grind as you go to keep coffee at its freshest.

I have never tried the Holiday blend and I now like it better than the Christmas blend. It has great flavor and rich body. The stronger you make it the bolder the flavor becomes. I like my coffee mild and I can get all the goodness without having to have a strong cup of coffee. As the saying goes "try it you'll like it!"

I prefer a bolder coffee like the Espresso roast, but this blend has a truly unique flavor all its own. This is the first time I've tried it, and just like the other Christmas blends, it's really good. As with the others, it too has helped make the Christmas Season more joyous!!
