[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not much into coffee. I believe it smells better than it tastes, and if I drink coffee it's more like dessert. My husband and teen son use coffee (caffeine) as part of their treatment for ADD, and I had them try this as well. Ratings as follows. Husband: 2 stars. Me: 3 stars. Teen: 5 stars. Total rating of 4 stars. The ease of use with the KCups is very nice. But the coffee was a bit on the bitter side for me. I brewed a second pod, and added sugar, chocolate syrup. and whipped cream. It was better with the add-ins. I'm not sure I would purchase this for myself again.

I've always been a Starbucks fan, I tried Komodo Dragon, Sumatra, Italian Roast and Pikes coffee and all were great! One day, I'd went and got Cafe Verona, Similar to Morning Joe's, I notice a soothing, strong, sweet smell when brewing, when I took my first sip of it, omg, I notice a rich, impressive taste, especially on my tongue, the second and third sip, I tasted a sweetness of chocolate in my mouth, kinda makes you Thirsty for water, its a very intense, bold and very good, yummy coffee, definitely love it, the best they have, I suggest drinking it with your breakfast, or a piece of pie, definitely buy again!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Starbucks decaf coffee keurigs are convenient and taste great! I can’t even tell the difference between regular coffee except the caffeine anxiety because there isn’t any! This is definitely worth trying if you love coffee, but can’t tolerate caffiene!

Coffee is a solid, bold blend. If you prefer deep, rich taste, then this is your coffee. Best to drink it straight up (black). If you decide to mix in milk that would most likely be fine, but I would not Recommended mixing any sort of creamer, for the robust taste of the coffee will not mix well. All in all, a pretty good coffee.

This is my go-to coffee every morning! I have tried numerous brands and even numerous flavors by Starbucks and this one wins every time. To put things in perspective, I enjoy bold, smooth, caramel flavors and this one fits the bill. No bitterness. Just happy morning thoughts, lol.

We have been drinking Verona for over 15 years and it was the best coffee ever!!! However, recently something has changed and it tastes super bitter. I don’t know if the beans have gone bad or Starbucks has changed something. The new packaging is sometimes vacuum sealed and sometimes not. I am sooo disappointed. Starbucks please tell me what’s going on???

I don't normally enjoy dark roasts, and my palate isn't strong enough to handle a full cup of this, and certainly not black...But when I use my Keurig to brew this at a 6oz serving size and then froth about 4oz milk and add that, then spray some ID OneTouch mocha Latte creamer in it, it's pretty awesome. The only downside is the strong aftertaste in my mouth being a bit overpowering for me. But if it's the only KCups I have, I'll still drink them, they won't go to waste. Those that enjoy a dark, full-bodied brew regularly would adore these.

4 MANY YRS, CAFE VERONA HAS BEEN & SHALL CONTINUE 2B MY STAPLE / MY GO 2 COFFEE! I not a huge coffee luvr -- half cup per day must b THE BEST STARBUCKS HOT, BOLD n BLACK. I like variation in flavors n boldness, so I do approx 1 part Verona to half part espresso, Italian Roast, Gold Coast, etc. Simply P E R F E C T O!!!

Not only does it have hints of like a cocoa or some caramel can't quite pinpoint it but it's absolutely delicious and I really recommend this dark blend if you're a dark coffee drinker.

I love café verona.I have a coffee grinder so I use the beans and there is nothing like that aroma first thing in the morning My wake up cup is heaven.I have it on order every month so I know I won't run out.My friends all remark how good my coffee is.
