I was excited to try this because I read it had notes of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar which I love! It was rich but also had a sweet touch to it. I loved that I was able to customize it with my oatmilk and sugar free syrup and it made me enjoyed it even more. Definitely recommend it for those who like bold and sweet coffee like me! #ad #freesample

This is Starbucks best coffee. Over the years we have sampled other blends but always return to Verona. It makes the perfect iced coffee, the chocolatey notes really come out. I use a mix of regular and decaf. so was dismayed to hear that the decaf. is being discontinued.

I was unable to buy the Starbuck Christmas Blend (which is my all time favorite) because they were sold out and it was no longer available. The closest I could find by description was the Café Verona. The Christmas Blend is Sweet and Spicy and the Café Verona is Roasty Sweet and Dark Cocoa. The Café Verona filled the gap. It is a wonderous coffee :) I enjoy it almost every day.....I would recommend trying this coffee if you like the taste of sweetness and cocoa. It is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a few days ago the Starbucks - SBUX KCup CAFFE VERONA and it is excellent. I take a 8oz cup of this coffee every morning now. I like the smell when I am still a bit sleepy and the taste is great. I do not take any sugar or creamer so the taste has to be well balance between acidity, roast and strongness. This coffee meets all of them!!! Furthermore the pods can be recycled. In conclusion if you are looking for a great well balanced coffee, do not hesitate to buy this one.

Ok what just happened? I bought this ground coffee around 4 months ago it was the best coffee i ever tasted. Bought this thing again and its the complete opposite. It went from being the best to like really crap. Like from a 9/10 to a 2/10. Is this a bad batch? Im seeing many reviews of people saying the same thing.

My wife and I were out in a Sunday, in a book store. We had groceries enough for the week, but our coffee supply was low. We've been Starbucks French roast drinkers for a long time, because we like it's deep flavour, but also because the acidity worked for stomachs. Other blends were not rich or full bodied enough, or they strayed onto the acidic side. We risked it, and picked up a Caffe Verona blend, as we'd never had it.... And all I can say is WOW. Deep, dark, full bodied and complex. Its perfect for our french press, which captures all the beautiful oils, making for a visually tantalizing cup of coffee. That moment when you both take a sip, and smile, as your eyes light up with satisfaction. Will likely switch to this blend, as we are able we to find it on the grocery shelf. And would highly recommend to anyone who likes their coffee dark.

I've tried to enjoy this coffee over the years, but has this nasty after taste of burnt. Never understood why Starbucks burns their roasts. Maybe to hide the cheap robusto beans in the blends....If I'm forced to drink it, I will. But at least it isn't Pike's Place. That to me is an over priced version of Maxwell House.

I am not a coffee connoisseur... But Caffe Verona, is a dark roasted full bodied coffee... It is not bitter at all... Unlike a lot of dark roast coffees that have a "Smokey" flavor... I call it a "Burnt" flavor.... Caffe Verona does not have a hint of "Smokey" ... I Love this coffee... I would recommend or serve Caffee Verona to anyone...
