Caffe Verona is an excellent choice for cold brewing. Grounds leave little to no sediment when using cold brew pitchers with the mesh inserts. Leaves a slight chocolaty aftertaste. For those that follow a keto lifestyle, this is excellent alternative to pricey coffee drinks when mixed with some unsweetened coconut milk & Toranis sugar-free vanilla and caramel syrups then iced. Like dessert in a cup!
