Cosamin DS Capsule helps my knees tremendously.

For chronic joint pain

This product really helps to keep my joints from hurting.  I am 71 years old.  My doctor recommended it after I had been rear ended by another vehicle and had pain in my neck.  The only drawback is that I need to take 2 capsules a day for maintenance.

One day and for many days after my left knee was in such pain, made it near impossible to walk even around the house.  I am taking turmeric for my right knee and have for 8 years but it was doing nothing for the left one. After a week of nothing helping, other than hot packs I made an appointment to see a Dr. (not mine) and he had nothing to offer me but surgery.  Not doing that, not unless I just have to.  I saw the Cosamin on the Sam's website and thought why not give them a try.  It was about 2 weeks before a big difference was noticed but I will never go without them ever.  I walk to the mail box with no walker or cane.  I manage around the house just fine. I am aware that I have arthritus in my knees but it isn't keeping me down.  I am so happy I found this. Give it a try, give it time to start working and you will be so happy you did.
