Now I know why Sam's Club is offering $20 off these 2 packs, first according to the Philips website it's a discontinued model plus it came with the wrong user manual, the manual included was for the 6100, NOT the 4300, luckily, I was able to download the correct manual for the 4300.

Been about 3 weeks so far so good. First time I used it my first thought was " feels like just got a cleaning at the dentist " but didn't say anything till my wife said same thing a couple days later. Am wondering why the user manual with it is a 6100 model when it is a 4300, just hope it's working as well 6 to 12 months from now thus why I got the insurance for it.

I bought this because my dentist recommended that I use an electric toothbrush. I had used some less expensive ones in the past (a different brand), and didn't mind them, but went back to manual toothbrushes eventually. This time, I decided to get a Sonicare, even though it was more expensive, as it seemed like it had good reviews. When I got it, I was excited to try it, and the packaging and accessories all looked nice. But the feel of it was awful--I stopped brushing after a short while and went to read the manual more, thinking maybe I was doing something wrong. I realized there was an an "easy start" feature, which I turned on and which made it a little more bearable, but not by a lot. And after reading through the manual more, I realized that certain features for which I had bought the toothbrush (such as pressure sensor) needed to be activated first (I thought that would be automatically turned on). I had to navigate through the manual and listen and watch for a certain series of beeps and lights to try to figure out if I had turned it on or not. There are different beeps, tones, and lights which try to tell you which features are turned on and off, but I found them fairly confusing, and I went through about twenty cycles trying to make sure I had turned on the pressure sensor. Also, it doesn't seem like the toothbrush stays on long enough to brush all your teeth properly. Maybe I'll get more used to it (if I can stand it long enough to get used to it), but it just seemed like it didn't stay on long enough. I tried a couple of times with this toothbrush, and after the second time it turned off, I finally just decided to brush my teeth with my manual toothbrush. Also, after all that I went and re-read the manual yet again, and I noticed it was a manual for the 6100 toothbrush (and not this 4300 toothbrush). I'm sure that contributed to my confusion about the settings. Also, the pictures for this item show a tongue brush, but that was not included in my package. Furthermore, the package says there are two intensity settings for this toothbrush, but the manual does not say how to switch between them or tell which one is activated (actually, the manual says there are three intensity settings and that I can press the mode/intensity button to change them, but that button only exists on the 6100 model, and not this 4300 model which I have, so I have no idea how to change the intensity). Lastly, the brush head that comes with this is so small that it takes a really long time to brush all your teeth. Every time I brush my teeth, I have to turn it back on several times, as it turns off before I have brushed all my teeth.

Every time I brush my teeth, it feels really clean just like coming back from the dentist. The brush cycle is 2 mins long and it can go many weeks without charging. And it is beautiful and thoughtful. Starting from the cylindrical charging pod and ending with the ergonomic body shape of the brush.

I have had a Sonicare electric toothbrush for about 20 years and it finally bit the dust. I purchased this one due to mid-range price and it not offering much less than the "superior" toothbrushes. This is super lightweight, which might be a good thing, but it feels so cheap. The handle (body) is also smooth and looks really nice - I bought black) but it is slippery. The older ones had a rubber body.

The Philips Sonicare is amazing. My previous one finally gave out after near 20 years of daily use. So i bought this two pack from Sams Club. It arrived in just 3 days in excellent condition. The price was the best anywhere. I expect that this one will last 20 years too.

We have been using Phillips Sonicare toothbrushes for years, now. In fact, I just purchased two new brush kits for my daughter and grandson to replace their old ones. My grandson still had one with round brush, but he could no longer find replacement brushes. He's very happy with the new one. My daughter had one of the newer models, but, our puppy got hold of and chewed it up.She was very happy to get a new one, as well. This product lives up to it's reputation.

Bought the pink and black set. The top where you attach the brush head fell apart in less than a year on the pink toothbrush. Bought another set. Same thing happened. We are not pressing down hard when we brush our teeth. Awful quality. Won’t buy another Sonicare product.

We love this toothbrush! I read so many reviews and looked at every model available in the Sonicare brand. I really liked the sale price on this one, and the fact that it has the soft and regular brushing speed. It is a weird feeling to get use to at first when brushing with it, but after a few days it feels normal. I can honestly say my teeth have never felt cleaner and I am an avid brusher. I love that it senses if you're brushing too hard, and that it even has a timer to make sure you're brushing each section of your mouth the correct amount of time. I usually use it on the gentle option just because I have sensitive teeth and gums, but the regular isn't bad either. I personally bought the sensitive toothbrush heads to go with it, but my husband has been brushing with the ones that came with it and likes them. They charge great, and hold a charge really well. They also clean really easy without gunk in-between the base and toothbrush head. I wish Sams carried more versions of the toothbrush heads, and that they had the kids version as well. I ended up having to go elsewhere for the kids, but love that as well. I almost bought them these ones as well, but I liked that the kids version had the bluetooth app that actually helps them brush better and shows them what they should be doing.
