Replaced my old Sonicare 6000 with this model and found it to be just as good for lower cost. More features and higher cost does not mean a better product.

Clean teeth, This is my thrid set of sonic care tooth brushes, when I went to the denist he asked me how many times a week I flossed and I told him I didn't. My teeth wear so clean he couldn't believe it. Just from brushing with the sonic care.

I don’t like it. I have an Oral B and wanted to try the Sonic— to compare. I felt like all it did was vibrate, but did not clean my teeth nor remove food particles between teeth. Very disappointed!

I used a previous a product for several years and it worked great. But the latest model sounds like using an electric drill. The item is extremely noisy. I cannot recommend this model. Maybe the more expensive model is quieter.

The look and feel of it is sleek and comfortable. This is my first Philips Sonic toothbrush and so far I am pleased. Battery lasts a long time. The toothbrush case is light and compact. Perfect for travel.

We own various models, 2100, 3100, and the 4100, the vibration is perfect, quiet and cleans well. My 4500 is loud, vibrates super hard, tried all settings, I hate it, worst tooth brush.

There is no comparison. the 4200 is basically a cheap piece of junk. It went into my travel bag and I purchased a new 4300.
