I bought this to replace my previous Phillips Sonicare electric toothbrush, which I had used for several years. I expect the same good results — I have not had a cavity in those years.

Had about six months and it stopped working correctly. Very little vibration, feels like you get a better clean manually brushing than with it turned on.

These brushes are better than a handheld and one of the worst electric brushes I’ve used. You can’t even tell when the “Quadra timer” goes off. Might as well save your money or spend the little extra for the oral b’s. Way better brush.

My original sonicare was accidently left in hospital room, and disappeared, so a replacement was ordered from sams club and arrived very quickly. Happy with new colors and still works like a charm.

This toothbrush is thorough in cleaning your teeth. The slim fit forms to your hand compared to the big toothbrushes. We highly recommend this set!!

Ordered this twice and both times I received a different kit than what’s pictured. You do not get a tongue brush head, just 3 basic heads. Sams won’t assist and Phillips claims they no longer make them.

Replacement of long time user—not my favorite model of Sonicare, but it’s ok. I don’t like the new pressure sensitive features. Good price. Hope it lasts.

This is a replacement for an older model that stopped working. The first time I used this new one I realized that my old one hadn’t been working properly for a long time. I wish I had realized this because I feel so much better and cleaner now.

Purchased 2 for Christmas 2019. 1st died within 6 months, 2nd, the post that holds the head on came out shortly thereafter. Bought another one with warranty, didn’t last 1 month.

Had to replace one of the set that fell apart. Contacted manufacturer and they replaced without any issues since it was still under warranty. Feel that the Sonic cleans better than other brand.
