[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace another 4300 that had failed. I tried the warranty service, but what I received was a 4200 model instead of the 4300. There is no comparison. the 4200 is basically a cheap piece of junk. It went into my travel bag and I purchased a new 4300.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with it I find the head too large and it keeps Banging into my teeth, very uncomfortable. I found the instruction very poor, I had to search the internet to find out how to use it and what it does.

My teeth feel much cleaner after I use to clean my teeth. It reaches areas that are difficult to reach with a manual toothbrush.

Not sure why but we have had to replace ours in less than a year.

Upgraded my old Philips toothbrush with this one and it is great! Does an excellent job cleaning and whitening my teeth everyday!

It was so loud. It sounded like a swarm of bees. Also the brush heads were the size of a child's toothbrush. Hated it.

Have to wonder if these were factory seconds? The manual in the box was not the correct manual for the brushes?

Great tooth brush but only expect it to last 2 years at the max. This is my 3rd time Purchasing this product (first time was 2020, then 2022).

Two Brushes, Two Chargers. Nice upgrade to previous Sonicare brush; the new one is easier to handle, battery lasts almost two weeks.

Worked great when I first got it, but shortly after the prong that connects to the replaceable brushes broke rendering it just a normal tooth brush.
