Mentos are at the top of the heap of sugarless gums. Very refreshing, and they stimulate the salivary glands when I have a case of "cotton mouth." I do wish, however, that Mentos (and all the other sugarless products) would find some safe substitute for the Xylitol, Sorbital, Mannitol, Glycerol and Maltitol Syrup with which they're all loaded. All of those substances create gastric disturbances, and I can't believe it's good for humans to ingest all those ingredients in one product.

I tried this after being told by my dentist to switch to another gum. I love the intense mint flavor and the fact that it has green tea extract. It is sugar free and perfect for me because I chew gum constantly due to dry mouth. I also like the plastic container for the gum, no more gum wrappers stuck to my gum if I leave it in the hot car. Love it!
