When we received our package, it was opened inside the parcel surrounded by that bubble wrap. How the heck does that happen?!

Does not dissolve even if you wash your clothes in hot water. They get stuck to the clothes, and you have to wash it again

Love this product! Makes my clothes and bedsheets smell amazing! Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

My clothes don't smell any better with this. Maybe my detergent is too strong?? Love Snuggle for other things though
